AWBAT®-Plus
AWBAT® Plus is similar to AWBAT®, utilizing the same precision porous silicone-nylon membrane, except it incorporates a proprietary formula of extracelluar components. In addition to a substantial increase in the volume of porcine type I collagen peptides, AWBAT® Plus includes chondroitin-4-sulfate, chondroitin-6-sulfate, vitamin E, vitamin C, and Immuno-10 (activated mixture of polysaccharides from Aloe). Due to the complexity of this 2nd generation product, AWBAT® Plus has been determined by FDA to be a combination product composed of device components as well as drugs.
AWBAT® Plus is currently indicated for clean partial-thickness burn wounds and as a protective covering for meshed autografts.

AWBAT® Plus Gloves are indicated for partial thickness hand burns. With an exclusive anatomical structure and 7 different sizes, gloves are designed to be left or right hand specific and are intended to achieve a better form fit.
